According to a news release, “Camp Ellis HarborFest is a locally-grown community festival celebrating its active working waterfront and the rebuilding effort to bring the beach back to Camp Ellis, all while having family fun and great food. The festival began in the late-1970s. According to the city, “while the event has been dormant in recent years, it’s coming back now stronger than ever. As the event approaches, the city of Saco will release more detailed information, and we encourage residents to sign up for our email list to stay up-to-date”
