The Maine Real Estate & Development Association’s annual forecast conference and member showcase, which traditionally occurs in January, will instead take place on Feb. 29, 2024.

The event will be at the Holiday Inn by the Bay, Portland, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is in-person only.

This annual forecasting conference is the largest gathering of commercial real estate professionals in Maine, and is intended for developers, brokers, architects, bankers, attorneys, accountants, Realtors, and other professions involving construction, finance, architecture, law, tourism, economics and development.

As well as launching a new event date, MEREDA also is introducing a new format, allowing attendees to choose between multiple industry leaders’ presentations in the afternoon.

The event, which typically draws more than 800 people, was held in person last year but also streamed.

Registration is available at MEREDA.org.
