To the editor,

On a perfect fall day, the community came out in full force and wonderful costumes! As you can imagine, an event like this takes a great deal of planning and lots of volunteers.

We were pleased to offer a scavenger hunt, wood carving demo, games, face painting, free pumpkins, crafters, food, live music, two nature walks, a costume parade and more!

We extend our gratitude to American Legion Webber Lefebvre Post 74, Brick Store Museum, Friends of Hope Woods, Interact Club, Kennebunk Baptist Church, Kennebunk Farmer’s Market, Kennebunk Land Trust, M&T Bank, Kennebunk Savings Bank, Kennebunk Twirlers, Nadeau Orthodontics and Spiller’s Farm.

A special thank you to Kennebunk Police Department and Kennebunk Public Services and the Kennebunk Parks & Recreation Department.
