Thursday, August 31 was International Overdose Awareness Day – and Maegan Lambert-Irish, from the Biddeford Police Department, invited community members to decorate luminaria for loved ones who have died of an overdose. The lanterns were lit that evening and lined up along Alfred Road.
Biddeford City Council discusses management of Pearl Street parking garage
