Florence “Flo” Forcier (Bousquet) 77, of Old Orchard Beach passed away Tuesday June 25, 2024, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.

She was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on Jan. 18, 1947, the daughter of Edgar and Alice Denoncourt Bousquet.

She attended local schools in Rhode Island and later attended college.

Flo retired from Data Rite of Maine Inc in 2017, after 25 years. Prior to that, she worked for years as a seamstress in the Woonsocket factories. Flo loved the beach, reading, playing games and bowling.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She welcomed everyone into her home with open arms and without judgement.

Flo enjoyed listening to music, especially the group Queen.

She loved animals of all types.

Survivors include: three daughters, Claudette LeBlanc and spouse Thomas, Denise McLaughlin and partner Paul Belisle and Kristen Ferschke and spouse Jason; three sisters, Lucille Bousquet and partner Richard Turcotte, Lilliane Bousquet and Paulette Blagburn and spouse Charles; five grandchildren, Armand Bonin, Brittany Bonin, Ashley LeBlanc, KelliAnn York, Owen Gagnon; and five great-grandchildren, Abby, Aubree, Liam, Silas and Hayes.

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home Saco are entrusted with her services. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Animal Welfare Society, PO Box 43, West Kennebunk, ME 04094.
