BIDDEFORD – Paul E. Cameron Sr., of Briarwood Drive in Biddeford, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, at Maine Medical Center.
Paul was born on Dec. 5, 1958, in Everett, Massachusetts, to Joseph and Catherine Dalaimo Cameron. He moved to Maine at a young age and graduated from Sacopee Valley High School.
After a brief period working at various factories in southern Maine, Paul dedicated 37 years to the United States Postal Service, working in the Portland and Scarborough branches.
Paul found joy in camping, bowling, golfing, traveling, and playing baseball in an over-30 men’s league.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 42 years, Sharon, in 2022.
Paul is survived by his sons, Christopher Cameron of Dover, N.H., and Paul Cameron Jr. of Biddeford; his daughter, Cara Cameron of Saco; his brothers, Frank Cameron of Newport, and Alan Cameron of Massachusetts; his sister, Debbie McCarthy of New Hampshire; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Ciara Cameron.
Friends and relatives are invited to call on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main St., Saco.
