Suzanne Siatras
BRUNSWICK – Suzanne Siatras passed at home Nov. 24, 2025, after a brief but aggressive illness. Sue was born in 1941 to Charlie and Ruth Norris. The second of eight children she grew up in Dixfield. After graduating Dixfield Dirigo High School, she went on to study nursing at CMG, which led her to a position in Brunswick. There she would meet John Siatras, whom she married in 1962. There they raised three children and were the longtime owner/operators of Clare’s Thirsty Dolphin (later Joshua’s Restaurant & Tavern) on Maine Street. Throughout her life, she maintained her love of the outdoors, instilled in her through time spent at family sporting camps. She enjoyed time spent in Florida, wintering with friends. She is survived by her husband John, her son TJ (Cheri), and her granddaughter Danika. She was predeceased by her daughters, Tami Lynne and Tara Leslie. Sue adamantly requested no funeral and no flowers. In keeping with her wishes there will be no service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Friends of Baxter State Park.
