Bailey M. Cloutier

RICHMOND – Bailey Morgan Cloutier, 23, of Richmond, passed away Saturday Dec. 13, 2025, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, from a recurrence of acute leukemia.

Bailey was born April 13, 2002 in Brunswick to Nicole M. (VanCour) and Philip M. Cloutier of Topsham.

Bailey attended Topsham schools, graduating from Mt Ararat High School in 2020. She studied for her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire, graduating with honors May 17, 2025.

Bailey is survived by her mother and stepfather, Nicole and Michael Pelkey of Litchfield, her father and stepmother, Philip and Suzette Cloutier of Topsham; her brother and sister-in-law, Evan Bellevue and Lisa Kilby; nephews James Hathorne and Oliver Bellevue; brother, Joseph Bellevue, all of Richmond, her sister, Emily Pelkey, of Brunswick; maternal grandmother, Flora VanCour of Brunswick, paternal grandmother, Jeanne Cloutier of Topsham; godchildren Karsen and Olivia Alley; her former partner and dutiful caregiver, Gabriel Crowley of Brunswick; as well as too many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, coworkers and loyal customers to mention here.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Steve VanCour; brother, Cameron Pelkey; and paternal grandfather, Théophile Cloutier.
