Luke Boissonnault, Massabesic junior goalie: Boissonnault saved 52% of the shots he faced last season and earned a spot in the underclassmen all-star game as a sophomore. Massabesic coach Blake Foglio praised his keeper’s quick hands and fundamentals, noting Boissonnault puts himself in position to make saves and make opponents work for goals.

Kevin Bolduc, Wells senior midfielder: Bolduc scored 46 goals and dished out 14 assists last season. He’ll look to pace the Warriors’ offense again as the team looks to contend in Class C with Maranacook/Winthrop and North Yarmouth Academy.

Robert Bowen, Brunswick senior attack: Bowen scored 50 goals last season, with nine assists and 40 ground balls. A first-team all-KVAC player and an academic All-American, Bowen looks to pace the Dragons’ offense again.

Nate Buchanan, Yarmouth senior long-stick midfielder: Buchanan scooped up more than 50 ground balls last season. He was counted on to mark the opponent’s fastest player, and will do so again this season. He’s tenacious in getting after ground balls and does an excellent job clearing the defensive zone. Buchanan plans to play at Colby College next year.

Cole Chasse, Gorham senior midfielder: Chasse scored 30 goals and assisted on seven last season, earning all-SMAA honors. He also scooped up 36 ground balls and caused 16 turnovers, establishing himself as a strong two-way player.

Hayden Davis, Falmouth senior midfielder: A two-time All-American and a Varsity Maine All-State player as a junior, Davis was among the top scorers in Maine last season with 47 goals and 49 assists. He’s committed to play at Lafayette College.

Brendan Dowling, York senior goalie: With senior midfielder Josh Neal, Dowling is a captain for the Wildcats and looks to build on an All-Western Maine Conference season. As a leader in a large senior class, Dowling’s experience will be key as the Wildcats aim to reach the Class B title game for a fourth straight season.

Luke Drottar, Windham junior attack: Drottar is coming off a strong sophomore season, scoring 31 goals with 25 assists. He’ll be a key offensive piece for the Eagles.

Joey Foley, Deering senior midfielder: Foley scored 47 goals in 2025, giving him 84 over the past two seasons. He and Corbin Burke form a strong 1-2 scoring connection. Foley should again be one of the top offensive players in the SMAA as Deering looks to contend with the top teams in Class A.

Grady Hersey, Thornton Academy senior defender: A Varsity Maine All-State selection last season, Hersey grabbed 110 ground balls and caused 49 turnovers for the Class A state champion. He added five goals and four assists while winning 65% of his faceoffs. He is heading to play at Merrimack College next year.

Peter Kearns, Falmouth senior faceoff/midfielder: Another returning All-American and Varsity Maine All-State player in the Navigators’ lineup, Kearns won 88% of his faceoffs while scoring 16 goals to go with two assists. He plans to play at Colby College.

Alex Mainville, Cape Elizabeth senior midfielder: Mainville will provide an offensive spark for the Capers with junior Max Backman. Also a standout in soccer and hockey, Mainville will look to lead Cape Elizabeth on another deep playoff run.

Will Redfield, Yarmouth senior goalie: Redfield was a Varsity Maine All-State and All-America selection last season, and will help the Clippers contend as they make the jump to Class A. Redfield boasted a save percentage over 65% last season while allowing just over three goals per game. The Union College commit is very mobile and effective at clearing the ball, and transitioning his team to the attack.

Lucas Renaud, Scarborough senior defender: An all-SMAA defender, Renaud will combine with senior goalie Caden Humpage and senior defender Jack Goshorn to give the Red Storm an experienced defensive leadership group.

Gavin Thomas, North Yarmouth Academy senior midfielder: Thomas scored 51 goals and had 12 assists last season, helping the Panthers win the Class C state title. He enters his senior season with 112 career points and should again be among the top offensive players in Class C.
