A company that pairs snacks with whiskey and produces whiskey-infused coffee plans to open a distribution facility in the old Blue Lobster Urban Winery space in Portland’s East Bayside.

In a press release, Double Neat said it is expanding to meet national demand. The e-commerce, direct-to consumer company was founded in 2025 by Portland resident Kyle Taylor. It announced Wednesday it has closed on the 17,000-square-foot space.

Its small-batch product line includes bourbon-glazed beef jerky, bourbon-infused honey, maple-bourbon almonds and chocolate-peanut-butter bourbon “rice krispie treats.” The website also sells merchandise, such as baseball caps and coffee cups.

“This move represents a huge step forward for Double Neat,” Taylor said in the press release. “What started as a niche whiskey snack concept has evolved into a growing national brand with a passionate customer base.”

The new facility is located at 200 Anderson St. in Portland.
