The Westbrook American reported on June 24, 1964, that Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jordan and five children are occupying the former Vincent Chandler residence on Morrill Avenue in Gorham. Jordan was appointed a math teacher at the Charles C. Shaw Junior High School.

In Buxton, Mr. and Mrs. Ensley Lang and Nellie Lord of Bar Mills visited Northern New Hampshire and Vermont on a weekend trip.
