Blanche Cook of Scarborough, who previously received the Boston Post Cane when she turned 102, was recognized by the Scarborough Town Council at its meeting on Oct. 4. Cook will turn 105 on Oct. 13. “Here I thought the Post Cane was it,” said Cook, who said she has been busy lately helping her 94-year-old brother move. Here, Rep.
