The Westbrook American reported in its issue of Wednesday, Oct. 10, 1956, that Joanne Hawkes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Hawkes, and Dave Tobin, son of Doris Tobin, would marry on Oct. 27 at the Little Falls Baptist Church. A reception was planned in the church vestry.
