central Pennsylvania where he’ll be a freshman soccer player for the

Division I Bisons of Bucknell University. Bisons head coach Brendan Nash,

who led the team to the second round of the NCAA tournament last year,

claims Rand is part of “the best class we have put together since I have

been at Bucknell.”
