Sen. Susan Collins reads “Mrs. Rumphius,” by Barbara Cooney, to fifth-grade students at Congin School. Collins visited the school last week, about a month after meeting Gloria Noyes, Maine’s Teacher of the Year and a fifth-grade teacher at Congin, at a conference in Washington, D.C.
