As the 123rd Maine State Legislature is drawing to a close, I wanted to thank Ann Peoples of Westbrook for her good work. Ann made a big impact on the State House in just her first term.

As a member of the Transportation Committee, Ann supported the Governor’s Bridge Initiative, a bill that addresses critical gaps in the maintenance of Maine’s bridges and the transportation network they connect. Ann understood the importance the transportation network to our economy. She exhibited her commitment to representing the voices of the people of District 125.

It has been a pleasure and an honor to serve with Ann, a high-caliber legislator.
