The Westbrook American reported in its issue of Wednesday, May 16, 1956, that Dodge Oil Company of Gorham had been awarded a contract to supply fuel oil to Westbrook schools. Of four concerns submitting bids, Dodge Oil had the lowest at .1169 cents per gallon.
