Gorham’s Jack Prince finished fourth in the Class A giant slalom championship on Feb. 21, with a combined two-run time of 1:43.63. Other Gorham competitors in the event included Scott Ekin, Garrick Adolf, Peter Van De Krol, Kevin Wiacek and Ben Farrar.
Prince also turned in the fifth-best combined time in the slalom one day later coming in at 1:31.26. The Rams also had Jake Nicely compete in the slalom event along with Wiacek, Farrar, Adolf, and Van De Krol.
Gorham’s competitors in the girls giant slalom and slalom events were Sally Patterson, Allie Platts, Jordan Prince, Danielle Moody, Maria Devlin, Julieanne Farrar and Jennifer Wiacek.
On Tuesday, Gorham’s Taylor Sullivan placed sixth in the slalom and seventh in the giant slalom at the SMAA girls championship at Shawnee Peak.
And the Rams Kevin Wiacek finished 13th in both races in the boys SMAA championship.
