The Westbrook Arts and Culture Committee is holding its second Fourth Friday Art Walk on Friday. The Warren Memorial Library will be hosting a free reggae concert at 7 p.m. The participating galleries will be open from 5-8 p.m. Also, new this month, the parking garage at Disability RMS will be open free of charge for those participating in the arts walk.
