Donald Drake, 53, of Portland, works with pastels on Friday at Westbrook Picture Frame and Fine Arts Gallery on Main Street. The gallery, which opened last month, hosts an open studio with a working artist every Friday from noon-4 p.m. The gallery’s next exhibit opening is Aug 3. for watercolor artist J.M. Rogers.
