The following cases, which occurred in 2007 unless otherwise indicated, were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in September 2007:
David J. Adams, 36, of Westbrook had charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked – OUI and violating condition of release in South Portland on May 21 both dismissed.
Shawn A. Adams, 30, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of forgery in Westbrook on March 20 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three months.
Joshua R. Adler, 28, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Nov. 8, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months and probation partially revoked.
Nathan A. Anderson, 24, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on Sept. 1, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for four years, all but five months suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $2500.
Peter Ayotte, 22, of Madison was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on March 14 and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days. A charge of unlawful possession of hydrocodone was dismissed.
Roberta A. Bean, 25, of Buxton had a filing with conditions on a charge of assault in Scarborough on Nov. 1, 2006, and was fined $400.
Donna M. Blackmon, 43, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Westbrook on April 14 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.
Robert W. Bolaski, 52, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of cultivating marijuana in Gorham on May 28 and was fined $300, restitution $110.
Brooke E. Bundy, 24, of Portland had a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 6 was dismissed.
Joseph S. Buzzell, 33, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in Portland on May 27, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years.
Matthew Colby, 22, of Cornish was found guilty on a charge of acquiring drugs by deception in Gorham on Oct. 16, 2006, and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for one year.
Craig L. Denbow, 31, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Dec. 21, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years, six months, all but 35 days suspended, given probation of two years, restitution $9,481.91. He was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on June 11 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was given unconditional discharge. Charges of aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation and unlawful possession of scheduled drug were both dismissed.
Todd Denson, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on two charges of theft by deception in Westbrook on Jan. 21 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 24 months, restitution $2,150. He was found guilty on a charge of theft by deception and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 24 months. He was found guilty on two charges of violating condition of release in Westbrook on Jan. 21 and Jan. 24 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months on each charge.
Christine H. Dill, 27, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Kennebunk on April 29, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all suspended and given probation of two years. She was found guilty on a second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months all suspended, and given probation of 1 year.
Clayton L. Dyer, 49, of Gorham had a filing with conditions on a charge of criminal mischief in Gorham on June 11 and was fined $200.
William Eustis, 30, of Portland violated probation on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Westbrook on Jan. 13, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 20 months, probation revoked, probation continued.
Sean E. Evans, 18, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of assault on an officer in South Portland on Aug. 14, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all but six months suspended and given probation of two years. A charge of escape was dismissed.
Jessica L. Glantz, 34, of Windham was found guilty on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and negotiating a worthless instrument in Westbrook on Feb. 17, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, given probation of one year, restitution of $1,196 on each charge. She was found guilty on a second charge of negotiating a worthless instrument and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days on each charge.
Mark A. Gunn, 38, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – two priors in Portland on Sept. 9, 2006, and was fined $2,000, sentenced to Cumberland County jail for five months and had license suspended for 18 months. He was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.
Brian L. Higgins, 27, of Portland was found guilty on charges of assault, criminal mischief and two charges of terrorizing in Westbrook on Jan. 6, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months on each charge. Two charges of tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim were both dismissed.
Donald Hines, 50, of Gorham had a charge of assault in Gorham on Jan. 19 dismissed.
Michael Huntley, of Westbrook violated probation on charges of eluding an officer in Gorham on April 4, 2005, and was sentenced to York County Jail for 25 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Michael Huntley, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of burglary on Jan. 25, 2005 and was sentenced to York County jail for 25 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Tisha Langley, 33, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in Portland on Dec. 21, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 21 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. She was found guilty on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in Portland on March 10, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 21 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Jason LeBlanc, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Naples on June 8, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months, probation partially revoked.
Zackary K. Locke, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Oct. 9, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County jail for five days. A charge of burglary was dismissed.
Lorne Macorquodale, 40, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of aggravated criminal mischief in Westbrook on Oct. 12, 2006, and had probation partially revoked, probation continued, No sentence imposed, restitution $5,624.41. He was found guilty on charges of criminal threatening and obstructing report of crime in Westbrook on May 31 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 18 days.
Ana A. Matiyabo, 19, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on March 7 and was fined $150.
Charles McGee, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Dec. 30, 2006, and was fined $300.
Christopher Miller, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of robbery in Westbrook on Feb. 18 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three years, all but six months suspended and given probation of three years.
Ryan Miniutti, 37, of Cumberland had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Westbrook on Jan. 7 and was fined $500.
Aaron Mitchell, 24, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property in Portland on Nov. 25, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 24 hours, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Michael Morehead, 30, of Gorham violated probation on a charge of assault in South Portland on May 20, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He violated probation on charges of violating protective order and violating condition of release in South Portland on May 20, 200,6 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail 364 das all suspended, probation two years on each charge.
Kerry A. Neptune, 34, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by deception in Portland on Aug. 1, 2006 (no fine listed).
Richard Morris, 53, of Windham had a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Westbrook on May 8 dismissed.
Marcy E. Pierce, 25, of Westbrook had a charge of unlawful possession of oxycodone in Westbrook on Sept. 19, 2006, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 40 days.
Jennifer Pouliot, 31, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation in Westbrook on Nov. 16, 2006, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 40 days.
Jason L. Rice, 30, of Westbrook had charges of assault and criminal mischief in Windham on March 19 both dismissed.
Shawn P. Rogers, 29, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – no test, one prior in Scarborough on April 1 and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County jail for 180 days, all but 10 days suspended and given probation of 1 year.
Darren Charles Russo, 43, of Denmark was found guilty on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Westbrook on Oct. 8, 2004, and July 6, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections nine months, one day, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each charge.
Christopher G. Sanborn, 27, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Windham on July 3 and was fined $500.
Mark Sheloske, 49, of Poland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on June 1, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two years, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of three years, restitution $15,000.
Harold Southard, 34, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Westbrook on Dec. 24, 1998, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 110 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Eric St. Hilaire, 43, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on May 10 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 50 days.
Christopher Steele, 41, of Steep Falls was found guilty on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Westbrook on March 5 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days on each charge and restitution of $200.
