Kindergarten kids, parents start school
Kindergarten students in Buxton and other School Administrative District 6 schools last week started the first day of school with their parents.
As part of the first-day activities, the students rode on the bus with their parents and learned about bus safety. Parents spent the morning with their young students in the classroom, learning the daily routine.
For the fifth year in SAD 6, kindergarten students will attend school all day.
Flea market tables available
Providing Bonny Eagle High School scholarships, the Bonny Eagle Flea Market is back on Saturday, Sept.20, at Bonny Eagle Middle School.
Table fee is $10. To reserve space in the more than 30-table flea market, call 642-3508.

Buxton Deputy Town Clerk Brenda Brown reported the following recent marriage intentions filed in the clerk’s office:
Nathaniel Key to Jennifer Williams; William Compton to Audrey Gallant; and Eric Barnes to Karen Nadeau.
