The Dorcas Society of Hollis and Buxton held the annual fair in coordination with the Buxton Community Day on July 19. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our community for their support and thank the following businesses for their generous donations to our fair:
Bob Schmidt, The Brewster Mansion, Carl Guilbrand Eye Care, The Donut Hole, Duck Pond Hearth & Home, Frugal Farmer, The Hair Odyssey, Home Care Services of Westbrook, Jan’s Corner Gifts, Joy Valley Woodworks, Just Julie’s, Leavitt Mill Health Center, Linda Caouette, Teivy and Marla Manuel, The Mustard House, Peter Larabee Dentistry, Plummer’s Hardware, Plummer’s Store, Reynolds Sport Center, Saco River Grange, Silvex, Snell’s Family Farm, Carla Turner, Earland Townsend and Wills & Sons.
The proceeds from the fair enable us to care for the Bar Mills Parish House Community Building and continue our Bonny Eagle scholarship and charitable donations to the community each year.
Thank you all and congratulations to May Schumacher and her committee for a great job – the best Community Day ever.
