Agree 100 percent with Dan Warren’s article. If the 10-plus years we aided and abetted the Iraqis didn’t teach them how to defend themselves, how will throwing more money and men achieve it?

Tribal for 1,000 years, there is no way to civilize them! However, having personally sent letters and emails to the White House, it is unlikely that the opinions of the average American will reverse their choices.
