Plow incident

A Portland city plow truck was a victim of Wednesday’s stormy weather as it skidded out of control on Rand Road in Westbrook around 9:30 a.m. and tangled with the guardrail. According to Portland dispatcher Maynard Sprague, workers detatched the plow from the truck. No other vehicles were involved in the accident. Although some damage was caused to both the rail and the truck, no one was injured during the incident.
