The Bonny Eagle High School honor flag was recently raised for Band Director Donald Liedke, left photo, who was profiled in School Band and Orchestra Magazine as one of the “50 Directors Who Make a Difference.” Liedke said that playing a concert well is great, but knowing that his students understand music and its relevance in history and culture are more important. Meanwhile, several Bonny Eagle High School students, above photo, were recently selected to participate in District I Chorus and Band.
