The Little Falls Baptist Church was built in 1866 according to “The Way it Was in Gorham” by Bertha Bridges Willis. Changes over the years include a central front door replacing the original two and a belfry. Willis wrote in her book that the town gave the bell from the Frederick Robie School to the church. The present building replaced an earlier one built in 1841, but burned 23 years later.
