Police departments in Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough and South Portland will host a drug take back day on Saturday, April 30, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The event offers a chance for residents to properly dispose of any unused and unwanted medications, both over-the-counter and prescription. The event is also free and confidential.
