The Cape Elizabeth Land Trust is offering a special “Tidepooling the Rocky Shore” program on Tuesday, June 21, at 6:30 p.m.
During this event, participants will have the chance to explore the rocky intertidal zone of Maine and see what kinds of plant and animal critters thrive in the habitat. Linden Rayton will lead the search for crabs, snails and other marine life. The recommended footwear is lace-up, closed-toe shoes. Participation is limited to eight families. The program fee is $6 per person. The event takes place on private property, so only registrants will receive the address.
