Voters in Cape Elizabeth have re-elected Caitlin Jordan to the Town Council, along with former councilor Penny Jordan in a three-way race for two open seats. Caitlin Jordan received 4,142 votes and Penny Jordan received 3,940, according to Town Clerk Debra Lane.

Cape residents also returned Democratic state Rep. Kim Monaghan to the Maine House. She recieved 4,096 votes and her challenger, George Van Syckel, a Republican, got 1,955 votes.
