WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between March 11 and March 20.
• Ronald Gaspar, 61, of P.O. Box 1264, York Beach, was summonsed for operating after habitual offender revocation after an investigation into a traffic crash on Post Road at 12:18 p.m. March 11. He was given a May 5 court date at Alfred Superior Court.
• Benjamin Savage, 22, of 162 Thurrell Road, South Berwick, was summonsed for attaching false plates after an investigation into a traffic crash in a local shop parking lot at 1:17 p.m. March 13. He was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Paige Barbour, 21, of 84 Hamlyn Drive, Wells, was summonsed for harassment at 9:26 a.m. Thursday, after an investigation beginning on March 11. She was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Jessica Briggs, 40, of 1368 Post Road, Wells, was arrested for operating under the influence after an investigation at a local convenience store at 1:01 a.m. Sunday. She was released on personal recognizance and given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Michael Morse, 21, of 8 Hemlock Lane, Limington, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 8:37 a.m. Monday. He was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Rebecca Benoit, 32, of 92 Granite Ridge Road, Waterboro, was summonsed for failure to register a vehicle over 150 days after a stop on Post Road at 11:06 a.m. Monday. She was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Antonio Pollino, 58, of 3 Landing Drive, Apt. 8, Kennebunk, was arrested for violating conditions of release after an investigation into a prohibited contact at 12:55 p.m. Monday. Pollino was unable to post bail and was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred. He was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Jeffrey Moore, 52, of 104 Hamlyn Drive, Wells, was arrested for operating under the influence after a report of a suspicious vehicle on Coles Hill Road. Moore was released on personal recognizance and given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
