WORCESTER, Mass. — The following local residents were among 1,292 students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute named to the dean’s list for academic excellence for the spring 2016 semester: Mikala Dunbar of Wells, majoring in actuarial mathematics, Jacob Wilson of Wells, majoring in aerospace engineering, Kyle Morrison of York, majoring in biochemistry, Matthew Piazza of York, majoring in computer science, Jeffrey Martin of Buxton, majoring in computer science and Cote Taylor of Lyman, majoring in mechanical engineering.
