The Buxton-Hollis Historical Society will have a Victorian White Social on Sunday from 1- 3:30 p.m. at Quillcote, 20 Salmon Falls Road, Hollis, rain or shine. There will be Maypole dancing featuring the “Movers and Shakers Competition Dance Team” from All That Dance Studio of West Buxton, traditional flower crowns to wear, old-fashioned lawn games and refreshments. Pay attention to parking suggestions. Donations are always gratefully accepted.
