A spaghetti supper will be held on Oct. 10 to benefit the Roger Vallee family of Arundel, who were recently burned out of their home. The dinner, hosted by St. Joseph Council #12941, Knights of Columbus, will be held from 5-6:30 p.m. at Most Holy Trinity Church, Main Street, Saco. The suggested donation is $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under.
A fundraiser for Randy’s Walk for new life-Recipient of Heart Transplant will take place Saturday, Oct. 10 beginning at 9 a.m. at Boston Bakery, Midtown Mall, Sanford. Suggested registration fee is $20, although no donation is too small. The First Parish Congregational Church, 12 Beach St., Saco, is hosting a bean supper on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 5-6:30 p.m. The menu includes pea beans, kidney beans, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, salads, bread, desserts and beverages. The cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children. Children under six are free.
