TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School jayvee baseball team scored five runs in the opening frame and held on for a 6-5 win over Lewiston on Friday.
James Singleton doubled and singled, Holden Brennan tripled, Trey Booty had a double, with Eli Ouellette, Cody Holman, Mason Brigham and Dan Pratt adding a single each.
Ouellette and Holman combined on the mound.
Danny May led Lewiston with two singles and a double. Evan Raymond, Drew St, Hilare and Ryan Pomerleau had two singles each.
