Arrests

Eric V. Metivier, 28, of Freeport, was charged on warrant from Springvale Court for failing to appear and operating after suspension at Village View Lane at 1:17 p.m. April 10.

Randy A. Ussery, 24, of Freeport, was charged as a habitual motor vehicle offender and on seven warrants out of a Portland court for unpaid fines after a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Main Street and Library Drive at 5:32 p.m. April 10.

Julie R. Crowe, 36, of Bowdoinham, was charged on warrants from Portland and West Bath District courts for unpaid fines. Crowe was charged after a person she was with, Barbara C. Bishop, 51, also of Bowdoinham was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street at 3:16 p.m. April 11.

John R. Sargent, 44, of Freeport, was charged with assault and criminal mischief after police responded to a disturbance at 6:15 p.m. April 11 on South Street. According to police, Sargent allegedly struck a 46-yearold female with a piece of wood. Sargent also allegedly damaged a vehicle, breaking rear-view mirrors. Sargent was also charged with violating his bail conditions after allegedly calling the victim from jail, according to police.

Rhonda L. Toulouse, 31, of Lewiston, was charged with violating conditions of her release following a welfare check on Main Street at 6:03 p.m. April 14.

Summonses

Audrey L. Sawyer, 20, of Brunswick, was charged with possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Durham Road and Heron Pond Drive at 5:32 p.m. April 11.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on Holbrook Street at 7:45 a.m. April 13.

Stefanie Simpson, 49, of Portland, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street at 6:15 p.m. April 15.

Edward J. Sullivan, 23, of Woolwich, was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs after a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 295 northbound at 9:48 p.m. April 16.
