STUFF THE TRUCK is an annual event that occurs after The Turkey Challenge in Physical Education classes. All students are broken up into 4 teams; squash, string beans, mixed vegetables and beets. The squash team won this year with 1,234 points. George Hamlin made many trips with numerous canned goods to help his team pull ahead. Points are awarded for good sportsmanship, food items, random acts of kindness and PE game points. The grand winner is the Mid-Coast Hunger Prevention Program ;780 lbs. of food was collected this year. The HBS staff added a check from the weekly Friday jeans/hugs day for the amount of $130.
