Arrests

Archie F. Lully, 61, of Brunswick, was charged with criminal trespass and sale and use of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a report of trespassing at Tedford Shelter on Cumberland St. at 8:50 p.m. Jan. 22.

Melissa M. Cantrell, 45, of Brunswick, was charged with violating the conditions of her release after police investigated suspicious activity at the Best Western Plus on Gurnet Road at 10:22 p.m. Jan. 23.

Michael K. Salta, 31, of Brunswick, was held on a probation hold after police responded to a disturbance on Pleasant St. Jan. 23 at 11:17 p.m.

Charles F. Blow, 47, of Brunswick, was charged on three warrants at Mid Coast Hospital on Medical Center Drive at 5:29 p.m. Jan. 24. According to police, Blow was wanted on a warrant from Augusta District Court for unpaid fines for operating after habitual offender revocation. Blow was also wanted on Waterville District Court warrants for driving to endanger and for unpaid fines for driving with a suspended license, police said.

Shaun J. Arndt, 28, of Bowdoin, was charged with violating conditions of his release and on a warrant

out of Sagadahoc County for failing to appear to answer a charge of operating with a suspended license, according to police, after a motor vehicle stop on Pleasant Street at 7:04 p.m.

Jonathan J. Brennan, 24, of Bath, was charged on a warrant out of Lewiston District Court for failing to appear and out of Sagadahoc District Court for failing to pay a fine. Brittany Langlois, 20, a transient, was charged on three warrants out of West Bath District Court — two for failing to appear to answer a theft charge and one for failing to appear to answer a charge of operating without a license. Brennan and Langlois were charged after police responded to a report of trespassing in a vacant unit at a Lincoln Street apartment building at 8:04 p.m. Jan. 30.

Mark A. Washburn, 27, of Bath, was held on a probation hold after police conducted a welfare check on Adams Road at 8:27 p.m. Jan. 30.

Arleen M. Siegert-Young, 42, of Freeport, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police received a trespassing complaint at Hannaford on Elm Street at 11:04 a.m. Feb. 1.

Isaac V. Siegfried, 34, of Brunswick, was charged at noon on Antietam Street on two warrants from West Bath District Court for unpaid fines at noon Feb. 3.

Carolyn A. Tebben, 38, of Topsham, was charged with assault after allegedly striking a 32-year-old woman following a dispute at the Regal Cinema at Gurnet Road at 6:28 p.m. Jan. 20, according to police.

Elton A. Goldman, 25, of Brunswick, was charged with criminal mischief after police responded to a disturbance on Maine Street at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 23.

Jason D. Miller, 34, of Yarmouth, was charged by Brunswick Police with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating after habitual offender revocation and misuse of identification at 7 p.m. Jan. 23 while at Cumberland County Jail.

Brandon James Byrnes, 21, of Topsham, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop near Merrymeeting Plaza on Bath Road at 7:43 p.m. Jan. 28.

Nathanial James Wagg, 23, of Brunswick, was charged with criminal mischief at the Brunswick Police Station following an investigation at 9:14 p.m. Jan. 31.

Kristin M. Vanreenen, 61, of Brunswick, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a welfare check on Gurnet Road at 4:51 p.m. Feb. 1.

Danielle Sylvain, 19, of West Bath, was charged with unauthorized taking or transfer after police responded to a report of theft at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive at 6:22 p.m. Feb. 1.
