FARMINGTON (AP) — Authorities say a man who walked off a state prison work release site earlier this week has been caught.
The Maine Corrections Department says it apprehended 35-year-old Justin Ross on Thursday afternoon in Franklin County. Ross had escaped from a work release site in Leeds on Monday.
Ross, who’s from the Farmington area, was staying at the Central Maine Pre- Release Center in Hallowell.
He was serving a sentence for domestic violence assault. He was scheduled to be released late next month.
