
She went to St. John’s Catholic School until 8th grade and then graduated from Brunswick High School Class of 1953. She worked as a secretary for the principal of Brunswick High school from 1953-1958.
Pauline married L. Robert Burgess on June 26th, 1958. She was a homemaker and took care of her niece & nephews, parents and grandparents.
She had a passion for her English Bulldogs, Penney being her best friend.
She was a lifetime active communicant of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Pauline was predeceased by her parents, and a brother, Robert D Fortin of Florida.
She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Robert; a sister, Yvette and her husband Colby Sanborn of East Waterboro; sister-in-law, Nancy Fortin of Fruitland, FL and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 4:00 – 6:00pm at Demers-Desmond Funeral Home, 34 Cushing Street, Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 11:00am at All Saints Parish, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brunswick.
