BATH — The City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall.

Among other items on the agenda, the council is scheduled to:

— Hold a public hearing on a proposed revenue bond for $2.2 million to lend to Hyde School to be used to construct, furnish and equip a 17,325-square-foot dormitory on the High Street campus.

— Consider approving a resolution “declaring its official intent with respect to (the) Hyde School Project.”

— Discuss Regional School Unit 1 cost allocations.

— Consider approving an option for the Bath Sports Club LLC.

— Consider approving the sale of the Butler Head property.

— Consider approving the exchange and boundary agreement of the Hammond Trust property.

— Hold a public hearing on a proposed Community Block Development Grant infrastructure grant for $260,000.

— Present a proclamation and city chair to retiring Community Development Director Alvin Smith.

— Consider approving a resolution regarding a New Freedom Access grant application.

— Hear a presentation by Main Street Bath Director Jennifer Geiger on Heritage Days’ festivities and recognition from the Maine Legislature for the 2012 Great American Main Street award.

— Hear a presentation by William Neilson of the Greater Bath Elder Outreach Network.

— Hear a presentation by Betty King of HOMEtogether Emmaus of Bath.

— Discuss cable service to West Chops Point.

Following the regular session, the council will meet in executive session to discuss real estate matters.
