BATH — Nicholas “Nick” Knowlton, 22, of Trufant Street, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014.

He was born in Bath on March 12, 1992, a son of Rick and Debbie Knowlton.

He graduated from Morse High School in the class of 2010 and was employed at Renys for many years. He received his CNA degree and was employed at Hill- House Assisted Living in Bath. He was attending SMCC in Bath.

He loved photography, writing, traveling, meeting people and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his father Rick Knowlton and mother Debbie of Bath, his birth mother, Christy Cooper Tompkins of Bath, his two brothers, Ty Knowlton of Bath, Cody Marenius of Woolwich, two sisters, Jessie Knowlton and her husband Ryan Murphy of Bath and Katelyn Orr-Knowlton and her companion Aaron Moore of Sanford, paternal grandparents, Wayne and Pat Knowlton of Livermore Falls, one niece, Kylee Murphy, one nephew, Cayden Murphy, both of Bath, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held 6 to 8 p.m. on

Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bath Area Food Bank, P.O. Box 65, Bath, ME 04530.
