LISBON FALLS — Adrianna White scored a game-high 12 points, but the Sugg Middle School girls eighth-grade basketball team was edged by Gardiner 27-23 on Thursday.
Bree Sautter chipped in five points for the Greyhounds, who visit St. Michael’s this upcoming Thursday.
Maddy Noyes and Nickyia Lovely led Gardiner with nine and eight points, respectively.
In the seventh-grade contest, Lauren Chadwick, Leah Weymouth and Hope Dube-Grenier each scored 10 points as Gardiner rolled to a 40-14 victory.
Kaylin Le led Lisbon with seven points.
