Town hopes updated ski trail will increase year-round access, safety to Kate Furbish Preserve
The new access point and planned trail improvements, identified as a priority need in 2013, will include the removal of existing trees and chain link fencing, as well as an 8-foot-tall protective cedar fence, wooden guardrail, new tree plantings and a trailhead kiosk. A parking proposal is expected later in the year.
