Personnel costs add up in new Cape town budget
Town Manager Mike McGovern presented the proposed new fiscal year municipal budget of $13.6 million to the Town Council Monday, which, if approved, would add 10 cents to the tax rate of $16.88 per $1,000 of valuation.
