Investment firm offers to buy North Yarmouth’s interest in cell tower lease
TowerPoint, which specializes in buying digital infrastructure, is offering $850,000 for future rent payments generated by the North Yarmouth tower.

Former Falmouth truck dealer files suit against competitor
Allegiance Trucks is accusing DATTCO and a former employee of misappropriating confidential business information since the sale of its former Falmouth facility to the competitor in 2023 and the employee’s hiring at DATTCO in May.
