Former gunpowder plant owner to pay restitution in Maine wire fraud case

Craig Sanborn, serving a sentence for manslaughter, will pay the federal government some money they say he stole in Brownville.

Authorities say Tyler Cann, 24, of Sanford sped away from officers in Waterboro, and officers broke off the pursuit when it became too dangerous.

Police say they went to 84 High St. to investigate alleged drug trafficking and found eight code violations.
