BRIDGTON — Roofer Liston “Lee” Eastman and Bridgton Community Center Director Carmen Lone have emerged victorious in a four-candidate race for the Bridgton Selectboard.  Eastman and Lone beat out incumbent Robert McHatton, Sr. and Animal Control Officer Jacqueline Frye. WINDHAM — Voters in both Windham and Raymond have approved the proposed $46 million RSU 14 school budget for fiscal year 2019.  The budget validation vote passed at the polls by a margin of 1937-893 in Windham and 721-322 in Raymond.
