Kennebunk police investigated elementary principal for alleged student abuse

Ryan Quinn was put on leave in March but never criminally charged. Now, the RSU 21 board appears to be taking steps to dismiss him permanently.

The 75-year-man eventually surrendered to police after officers were called for a domestic disturbance on Caly Hollow Road.

Police say they were notified of an incident at the school Friday that led to the investigation into Principal Ryan Quinn.

An unidentified man is wanted in connection with an alleged theft of over $7,000 on Fletcher Street.

Despite residents’ plea to close the street this year, the town stands firm on their decision.

The threat was allegedly made during a homecoming event over the weekend, and was quickly taken care of.

Residents say they want unrestricted access to their homes, and town officials say the large trick-or-treat gathering has raised safety concerns.

Pride flags were stolen off of their Main Street poles just hours after a Pride in the Bunks event.
