  Sabbathday Village renovating herb house, making a community space

  Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village, the last active Shaker community in the world, is working on renovating its herb house to add a community space. Part of a larger modernization project, the work will allow for the continuation of an herb making tradition that is almost as old as America itself.
